Feast your eyes on this! Yes, a chicken dinner from Maddox in Brigham City, and it was so good. While in the restaurant, I purposely observed that the patrons were a nice mixture of both senior citizens and younger persons, dispelling the notion that Maddox caters to only "old people."

Just up the road, close to Burley, Idaho, is an old church. I spotted it on the way to Boise, memorized the closest exit number, and on the return trip, I payed this interesting old church a visit.
On the backside is some farm equipment, and it looks as if someone is using at least part of the inside as storage of some kind. I remember someone telling me a story of how the Kirkland Temple was used for a barn following the departure of the Mormons from Ohio.
About a mile behind the old church, we pulled up next to an irrigation ditch and grabbed a little nap. The farm land was well kept, and the view of the mountain was spectacular.
America! What a great land!
